Very old AC unit and the technician came in and fix the problem that was causing the AC to not cool. He did not pressure us about buying a new unit. And we were able to get the repairs done at a reasonable cost. I now know the age of our Will keep in mind that in the future, it may be a replacement that will need to happen. But for now it works great.

They responded quickly to an online query and had a tech out the same day. Tyler was his name and he was quite respectful and courteous. He went through his diagnostic process and figured out the problem and gave me a thorough estimate and explanation. He also was very understanding about me deciding to attempt the repair myself after the diagnostic which I appreciate. I'll pay a diagnostic fee to them every time to verify the issues before I do the repair, and when I get ready to replace this unit that he told me I can probably get by with another summer or two, then Master Tech will be the first dealer I consider. I had already replacer a swelled capacitor, then added a hard start kit (SPP6), but I thought I'd be better off just paying a pro to run through the rest of the diagnostic rather than keep buying and replacing everything.
I heard some popping noises last night from the HVAC unit in the laundry room and seen condensation around the pipes. There was water near the washer. I immediately turned off the switch near the unit. First thing in the morning I googled up hvac techs and found MasterTech as one of the top rated reviews.The following day I called to make an appointment. Nancy (If I remembered correctly) was very nice and gave me same day availability for a technician in the evening. They called me when it came close to time and let me know a technician was on the way. Received calls and text messaging alerts to keep me well informed as well as ETA. Tyler was our service technician and was prompt on troubleshooting the HVAC unit. Just a few questions about the current system and making sure things went smoothly; Tyler guided me every step of the way and was very professional.After doing some maintenance (pipe insulation fittings, rewiring outside ac unit, etc.) that might have caused the unit to go out of wack with the old thermostat he provided me with a few options to upgrade it. I asked if I could use an existing nest thermostat I had on hand which required professional installation and programming and he was able to install it no problem. I was given the peace of mind that it came with 6 months warranty and could call the 777-7777 number anytime an issue may arise.Shout out to Tyler and MasterTech for providing top of the line service!

We had plumbing problems that needed fixing. Investigating those problems turned up other underlying problems that needed fixing but not emergent. We decided to get everything fixed during the same visit. We were not pressured to get everything repaired at the same time. That was our decision.

Installing a walk-in shower wasn't on the list of services. But Gary did a great job and I literally didn't have to do anything like go to Home Depot or any other store - just like I asked 😊 All I had to do was tell him what I needed and he took care of everything.
Having noticed a leak of water when it rains I called MasterTech twice to look at problem. Water leak around where the water pipe they installed.Both times they informed me the leak was my problem. Saying they were plumbers not responsible for the leaking groundwater where they installed the pipe having drilled through my foundation to put their plumbing through. Referred me to a foundation repair company. Not an acceptable response. I will dig out on outside of wall and seal myself. And consider their “ guarantee of work “ worthless. Sealing my foundation should be part of their responsibility. Their water pipe doesn’t leak, but my wall does. And MasterTech drilled the hole to put the water pipe through.It should have been sealed!

MasterTech is great about explaining recommendations and repairs. I just had my yearly furnace/AC check done. This year, everything checked out okay. In past years, they have caught problems early that could have gotten expensive if I hadn’t had an inspection done.

We had a pipe burst in our house and the techs who responded were all very polite and professional. They were up front about costs and what could be done to mitigate the costs. They also provided advice on how to get the most out of our plumbing and water systems.
Mastertach was great! From the start, the offie personnel responded promptly to the message I had left, she was polite and friendly. The crew showed up on time the next day. They had the tools needed to identify the issue and were able to call in a crew to get it fixed immediately. They were the 3rd plumbing Co in 4 months to come out, but the ONLY one that went beyond addressing the symptoms to fixing the problem.
Had such a great experience. These guys are so friendly, very helpful, and go above and beyond. Kyle and McKenzie came out today to do my routine maintenance. In passing, I laughed and told McKenzie how randomly my unit goes to 62 degrees in the middle of the night. She took control, reset all the crazy random presets I lessed up and set them to my actual request. That is not even part of my plan, but kindness.Also, maintenance plan is CRAZY reasonable. I pay less than a price of a filter monthly and they also changed that for me! Great Job. Love my LOCAL BUSINESSES. THEY ARE MAINTAINING A UNIT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM but I will next time!
Matthew was fast and efficient when he was here to put in a new water heater. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions in an easy manner that didn't make me feel that I was taking up his time. I enjoyed talking to him.The only complaint I had was when he arrived he didn't have the hot water heater I had ordered and had to go back and get it. He stated that he had been told he was there for a water heater replacement and that was it. I had gotten a quote in writing with the water heater I wanted and even texted Master Tech to ask about the diameter of the new heater to make sure it would fit. I was surprised they hadn't loaded his truck with the correct model.Other than that, no complaints

The plumber who came out to my house was a guy named Max. He was very helpful and courteous. Even though it was 9 p.m. when he got to my house he didn’t rush through the job and he took time to answer my questions. He was very skilled and great at customer service. He cleared my sewer line and plunged the drains in my basement so the water cleared out. He also told me the cause of the line being clogged and referred me for a full inspection so I could get a quote on cost of repair.
Excellence doesn’t begin to scratch the surface. Plumber, Gary Buck was my technician and he is AMAZING! So professional and knowledgeable; prompt, personable and clean. There oughta be six or seven stars for this guy. Truly outstanding.

Tech was very informed and answered all my questions concerning plumbing and furnaces.
The techs showed up and managed to get the thermostat & gas furnace running over the weekend so we were never down without heat, but still had an issue with the heat pump tripping out the system. The techs went through the system’s wiring and parts to narrow down and diagnose the issue. Then replicated the issue several times to confirm. In no time the ran to the warehouse grabbed the part, installed, and got us fully operational. Thanks Again.
