We recently received a call from Linda C. who lives in Mexico, MO. It seems her water heater had stopped working. Her first call was to a “local” service provider. After they looked at it, they told her they needed to order parts. Linda waited patiently through a weekend and into the following week, still without any hot water. She finally called the service provider who gave her “the runaround”. It became clear to her that she needed to try someone else.
When Linda called us at MasterTech, our senior customer service representative, Dana, answered her call. After Linda shared all the details, it was obvious she was frustrated, concerned, and a bit skeptical. Dana, who has a heart as big as her whole body, has heard this story more often than you would believe. Her empathy kicked in and she put things into motion so Linda wouldn’t have to go another day without hot water!

Back to the story of Linda… after Dana explained our service process to her, she set up a visit with our Field Supervisor and Senior Plumbing Technician, Chad, for that afternoon, just a few hours after Linda called in. Chad was able to quickly diagnose the situation and make the necessary repairs and get the hot water restored to Linda’s home!
