Our growing, reputable plumbing & HVAC company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team of Master Technicians & Mighty Nice People.

- Fleet management of 16 box trucks, 3 vans, and 3 pick-up trucks which includes checking fluids, tires, inspecting the interiors, replacing broken or misaligned shelves, setting up trucks for new technicians, and daily replenishment of inventory for trucks. You will also be responsible for taking trucks to repair shop and picking them up as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance, Repair and Management - Fixing sewer cabling machines, cameras, tools, etc.
- Pick up and receive inventory and put into stock
- Parts & Equipment Delivery to Technicians in the Field
- Record Keeping
- Grounds Maintenance & Security - snow removal, building repairs, sweeping, taking cardboard to recycling center, etc.
- Occasionally help on plumbing or excavation jobs
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:
- Mechanical abilities/experience with small tools & machinery
- Self-starter – Willing to be accountable
- Inventory control
- Class E License (preferred, but not required. Must be obtained within first 30 days of employment)
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing industry will be given preference
- Pleasant personality
- Leadership
The person who makes the squad can expect to earn $15-18 per hour, but exceptionally qualified candidates can earn more.
