I had 4 issues going on and he was able to break it down in a very transparent manner, with all the charges. Gary did a great job in explaining the benefits of a tankless water heater, was able to find discounts for us, and replaced our worn out tank water heater for a tankless in a short period of time the same day. Later, Gary added recirculation to our tankless water heater. His recommended addition will reduce water wastage in waiting for the hot water from the heater to reach the faucet.

I had a GREAT experience with Matt from MasterTech in a situation no one wants to be in - a major water leak. First, I appreciated the text regarding the arrival of the representative along with the photo. Matt was respectful of my home & property as he worked his way around. He explained his approach at each step. After his evaluation, he walked me through the options and let me know what to expect. The timely follow up from the organization was appreciated, as well! The work has not concluded but we are very pleased with our engagement of MasterTech to this point. Well executed!UPDATE: A two-person crew came out to the house with advance notice from Heidi and a text to show who was coming - love that! They resolved our issue within a couple of hours. They were both professional & courteous. They took care not tear up more yard than they needed to in order to get to the trouble spot. They even took extra care to protect our sidewalk using some wood I had close by. A couple of hours after they left, I walked up our driveway to see that they’d taken EXTRA care where they’d parked the equipment. They know what they did and we appreciate it VERY much! ❤️For a visit I never wanted to need, this was a GREAT experience! Thank you to ALL involved!

Logan came in and was able to replace our water heater and install a new water softener all in the same visit. He didn't try to push any plans or equipment either. He was quick and thorough! Customer Service has been phenomenal from start to finish.

Tyler was very professional and courteous when he arrived. He got right to work checking the heating unit and did find that we were needing to replace a capacitor that was failing. He was able to do the work quickly and had us back up and running in no time. Thanks, Tyler!

Ryan was prompt, courteous/friendly and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink drainage pipe! MasterTech customer service was excellent and the cost was lower than I anticipated! Highly recommend and I will definitely call them for any future issues!
