Mastertech is great. They came out, found out that I had a Boiler, which they don't usually work on, but were kind enough to triangulate my gas leak and turn off my gas line. They were very kind, and it was very appreciated. Thank you again, gentlemen!

Kyle and McKenzie came out today to do my routine maintenance. In passing, I laughed and told McKenzie how randomly my unit goes to 62 degrees in the middle of the night. She took control, reset all the crazy random presets I messed up and set them to my actual request. That is not even part of my plan, but kindness.Also, maintenance plan is CRAZY reasonable. I pay less than a price of a filter monthly and they also changed that for me! Great Job. Love my LOCAL BUSINESSES. THEY ARE MAINTAINING A UNIT I DID NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM but I will next time!
From the service we received today - Kyle called ahead and said he was 8n the way. Always a plus. He remembered installing our system (see the rest of this post.) He was courteous and professional in the way he went about checking out our HVAC system. When finished hevexplained that the only thing he found was that I hadn't changed the filter in a while. Everything else checked out fine. Kyle is a very nice Service Tech. The rest of this post is a review from 2 years ago when we had an entire new HVAC system installed. Wrote it but somehow didn't get it posted. My apologies to Master Tech. We had been without A/C for a few days. From the call to the office through the bid, MasterTech was FANTASTIC! Dana was professional, kind and efficient. CJ called and was able to come a little early - a BIG plus! He quoted us bids for three different furnace/A/C options. Each was thoroughly discussed and he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. After we accepted the bid, he even brought two portable air condioners to give us relief from the 100° heat until the install is done. Talk about SERVICE!!!! Recommend MasterTech to everyone needing any HVAC service.

Logan was awesome! I didn't have any work done today due to extenuating circumstances but he helped sort where my sewer is stopped up and a fair price range for unclogging. Will definitely be calling back when circumstances change!
Overall experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend MasterTech for both plumbing and HVAC support. I've been using MasterTech for the last few years since I bought my older house and they have always been great. I've called for AC, water heater, bathroom fixtures, and most recently I had to have my sewer pump replaced. They are great about giving you different pricing options where that is available. I signed up for their $4/mo subscription because having an older house it was worth it knowing I would be calling them again sooner rather than later, and so far I think it has been worth it in my circumstances, but even before I got the subscription they were still great to work with. It's nice to have a company that you can establish a history with and know that it means something to them. I've never had to call for follow up issues with the work, that I recall , but whenever I did have an issue once they came out and handled it quickly. They have always been professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
We have rented portable storage units from MasterTech 3 times in the last nine years. The price is more reasonable than other companies. It is so convenient to have your items stored at your property instead of off site. Each time the delivery and pick up has been easy and the guys are careful with our property.
Always fair and upfront, great work, clean techs, always clean up after themselves, overall nice people to include dispatch. Highly recommend them. Ask about being a member!
Gary B came and installed a new drain line for the kitchen and laundry room. I've been dealing with backups in the kitchen sink every time I ran my washing machine (regular and high efficiency) for years. He was very polite and skilled. I am so happy to have this long time problem finally fixed! Get that man a raise!

We recently had to replace our A/C and furnace. CJ and his team did a great job. Quality service and the new unit works great. CJ did a great job of walking us through the options and what would be the best fit for us. The install was smooth and fast and they had us back up and running with minimal disruption.

Glad that they're open 7 days a week. Got one toilet replaced on a Sunday afternoon. Also got our toilet flange fixed, and toilet replaced a couple days later.
I was disappointed with my HVAC service company for my home and switched to Master Tech because they had the highest ratings in Columbia MO. The service tech Macenzie came on time, was polite and friendly, explained what she was going to do and then did it. She replaced two capacitors that had worn out and I was up and running. She noticed that my compressor was not working as well as it should and CJ the comfort specialist came out the next day and looked at the system. By then the system was creating the correct temperature differential and we didn't need to replace the compressor.. CJ was the same polite, friendly, processional type of person that Macenzie had been I will recommend Master Tech to everyone in Columbia because of the employees and the great way that the company is run.
