I was disappointed with my HVAC service company for my home and switched to Master Tech because they had the highest ratings in Columbia MO. The service tech Macenzie came on time, was polite and friendly, explained what she was going to do and then did it. She replaced two capacitors that had worn out and I was up and running. She noticed that my compressor was not working as well as it should and CJ the comfort specialist came out the next day and looked at the system. By then the system was creating the correct temperature differential and we didn't need to replace the compressor.. CJ was the same polite, friendly, processional type of person that Macenzie had been I will recommend Master Tech to everyone in Columbia because of the employees and the great way that the company is run.

I appreciate Matt and Logan for the work they did in our basement to fix a leak behind the drywall. It was convenient to call a company that does AC and plumbing, because they could address any issue behind the wall. We initially had no clue which was leaking. This type of service is understandably stressful for most people, but I felt more at ease when they went over pricing before doing the work. We discovered a pipe was leaking at about four in the afternoon, and a plumber came at about 5:30. Although we had to pay for emergency service, we were very grateful that someone could come and fix the leak. At that time, we also had him replace a piece of pipe that looked like it was about to leak.
