John was fantastic—professional and friendly, and he got the work done thoroughly and quickly. Highly recommended!! Update: a couple years later and Ryan at MasterTech came out to help us with a drain issue—- clog between the house and the sewer. He was friendly and fast and clearly knew his business. What a delight to see someone work when they really know what they are doing! Further update: a year further on and the MasterTech crew came out two months ago to change a bad capacitor on our antiquated air conditioner. Talked with CJ about options for replacement, since the coolant can't legally be replaced and I'd rather get a new system before it's a crisis. Gave us several options for heat pumps and also for financing, took the time to explain pros and cons of each option. That was in late August. Last week we pulled the trigger; yesterday they came out to do the installation and today they did the QA inspection. Brett, Jake, Mike, CJ, and the rest of the crew did a great job and were super friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service again with MCKENZIE! She was so thorough explaining everything. Installed today both an air scrubber and new water softener. Excellent workmanship. I would ask for her by name. Great job!

We have called MasterTech for a number of unrelated issues in our home and know from experience they will efficiently and effectively take care of any plumbing, heating or cooling problem we might have. We have nothing but praise for their service and will always call them. Today, Andy found some issues that had been making our washing machine leak and efficiently dealt with the cause then explained what we could do to eliminate the problem. We appreciate his expertise and his communication skills. We will always call Master Tech for our plumbing needs.

Andy Hoover was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable regarding the work that needed to be done. I learned alot from him about the right way to do plumbing! And I will be requesting Andy should I need a plumber again although I pray that I won't be needing one in the near future!

Had a whole new Heat pump and furnace put in today by Brett, Kale and Sam. They did an excellent job and were very professional and took the time to explain how the new thermostat works.

Fast, friendly, very reasonable prices, I have never had a bad experience with any of the Mastertech technicians and scheduling is always a breeze. Have been using them for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs for 3+ years. 10/10 would recommend. Andy was great!

Matt did a great job servicing my home. I felt like he cared about helping me find potential issues. He even gave my dog some love.

Andy was our helper. He fixed three toilets, making sure that they were correctly moored to the floor. He also put in three new faucets for us. He was informative without being intrusive. The service was everything we could've wanted.

Matt and Brandon came to get it done! We were scheduled for several Plumbing fixes and small upgrades. After installations and upgrades we found that they went above and beyond not just to do what was scheduled on paper but insured that our faucets and repair areas were cleabed out & were performing at maximum efficiency. They were super courteous and walked us through all of the repairs at the end making sure we had good understanding of what had been completed. Excellent Customer Service!

Had a hot water heater tank bust that caused several problems late at night. By 8AM the next morning Matt was on site and by 10AM had a new water heater. Highly recommend.

We had are yearly check up for plumbing and havc. And the Service I received from Matt L, and Jake on the havc side was amazing they explained everything to me and had awesome suggestions that can prolong the life of our furnace. On the plumbing side Andy H, found a small leak in our main pipe was able to fix it in a matter of an hour wow. Thanks to everyone at master tech and their great technicians!!!

I highly recommend MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! From the very beginning, they were quick to respond to my calls and returned my call promptly. They were also very helpful in answering all of my questions. They sent out a qualified technician, Chad, who was excellent. Chad introduced himself, shared some background information about himself and his experience with the company, and immediately made us feel comfortable. He worked quickly and efficiently, was very polite and respectful, and did an excellent job. He also cleaned up after himself, which I really appreciated. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from MasterTech and especially with Chad. It’s nice to have a company that is responsive, professional, and truly cares about its customers. I would definitely recommend MasterTech to anyone needing plumbing, heating, or air conditioning services!

We've been happy customers of MasterTech for years. They're a great company with excellent technicians. They've kept us up and running through everything from sewer issues to plumbing problems, which has been a godsend. For our 2026 plumbing inspection (& to replace a faucet that was driving me crazy), Mackenzie was outstanding. Like all MasterTech's people, she was professional, knowledgeable, and great about answering my endless string of questions. She was really pleasant to work with! So much so, that I think one of our cats wanted to go home with her. And the faucet she replaced? Fantastic. Another plumbing issue turned no-so-bad. Thanks Mackenzie, and MasterTech.
