Tech was very informed and answered all my questions concerning plumbing and furnaces. December 10, 2025 I wrote a review about the excellent service I received from Master Tech a year ago. I thought that I had at that time received superb service, however the furnace care and the fixing of my kitchen faucet was the best service I’ve ever received in my home. Matt was friendly, gave great advice and patiently answered all my questions. Two thumbs up.

Prompt service. Plumbing Tech, Andy, was knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it.

MasterTech always provides great service!! Macenzie and Jake did a great job explaining and installing an air scrubber for me. They also gave my pups a lot of love, which made their day!

The workman was very friendly and explained what was needed and made the repair fast!

I have been very impressed, from the initial representative who came to the house to assess my needs andprovide me an estimate to the technician who came today to install my water softener. Both were helpful, friendly, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The technician informed me about the restricted flow devices that I did not know I had on my faucets and he removed all of the ones where I ask him to. Every effort was made to be sure that I had the system that I wanted that, that it was placed in a convenient location, that I understood how to use it, and that I had a phone number to call if I had any problems or questions down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I can’t wait to enjoy my new soft water, which will be a blessing because our water is incredibly hard.

Matt is great and the company communication is excellect.

Mackenzie was awesome. She helped me work with the home warranty company to get everything resolved without any headache and she knew what was going on at every turn.

Expert and efficient service, really appreciated Andy and Justin.

I highly recommend them.

Matt and Macenzie removed my wife's and mine old kitchen sink and replaced it with a new sink and faucet. the project was made more difficult because they had to cut out the entries for the faucet and the garbage disposal as well put in new piping as the new sink's depth was longer than the previous sink. Both Matt and Macenzie were total professionals as they got started in the late AM and were still able to finish by 3:30. They also had to deal with one of our over-curious cats getting into their work area to give them some friendly advice. At the end of the project, they showed us the work that they had done, including the new piping and explained why they needed to do the work that was done. I would strongly recommend you ask for Matt and Macenzie to work on any of your plumbing needs as they are willing to answer every question and re-explain if you need it. Thanks, Matt and Macenzie!

Andy was great and explained things very well

Andy was awesome. He did not give up even though it was a tough job. I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

Emergency plumbing call. Andy was hear from almost 30 miles away and arrived very quickly. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone

Andy did an amazing job!!! He was friendly and answered any question I had. He replaced our broken kitchen faucet in no time at all. He also has the seal of approval from our Golden Retriever Tiberius, who gave him a 5 paw review. Thank you Andy. You fixed what I broke. I will recommend MasterTech to friends, family and neighbors.

10/10! Andy came the same day we called, provided clear detailed observations, a plan and gave us options based on what we needed. This was our first experience with Andy and the MasterTech team and they've earned a customer for life. Not that I want more plumbing issues in my life, but if they happen I know who to call!

Andy Hoover did great at explaining things to us. Was thorough when inspecting everything. Told us what our plumbing could and could not handle until we resolve the problem.

Andy Hoover was very thorough, efficient and professional.

Brandon was helpful and efficient in diagnosing and initiating our repair. Highly recommended!

Logan was great. Super prompt, easy to work with and did an excellent job. Thanks Logan!

Friendly team, liked how they included me on the plan and gave options before moving forward.

John was fantastic—professional and friendly, and he got the work done thoroughly and quickly. Highly recommended!! Update: a couple years later and Ryan at MasterTech came out to help us with a drain issue—- clog between the house and the sewer. He was friendly and fast and clearly knew his business. What a delight to see someone work when they really know what they are doing! Further update: a year further on and the MasterTech crew came out two months ago to change a bad capacitor on our antiquated air conditioner. Talked with CJ about options for replacement, since the coolant can't legally be replaced and I'd rather get a new system before it's a crisis. Gave us several options for heat pumps and also for financing, took the time to explain pros and cons of each option. That was in late August. Last week we pulled the trigger; yesterday they came out to do the installation and today they did the QA inspection. Brett, Jake, Mike, CJ, and the rest of the crew did a great job and were super friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service again with MCKENZIE! She was so thorough explaining everything. Installed today both an air scrubber and new water softener. Excellent workmanship. I would ask for her by name. Great job!

We have called MasterTech for a number of unrelated issues in our home and know from experience they will efficiently and effectively take care of any plumbing, heating or cooling problem we might have. We have nothing but praise for their service and will always call them. Today, Andy found some issues that had been making our washing machine leak and efficiently dealt with the cause then explained what we could do to eliminate the problem. We appreciate his expertise and his communication skills. We will always call Master Tech for our plumbing needs.

Andy Hoover was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable regarding the work that needed to be done. I learned alot from him about the right way to do plumbing! And I will be requesting Andy should I need a plumber again although I pray that I won't be needing one in the near future!

Had a whole new Heat pump and furnace put in today by Brett, Kale and Sam. They did an excellent job and were very professional and took the time to explain how the new thermostat works.
