Tech was very informed and answered all my questions concerning plumbing and furnaces. December 10, 2025 I wrote a review about the excellent service I received from Master Tech a year ago. I thought that I had at that time received superb service, however the furnace care and the fixing of my kitchen faucet was the best service I’ve ever received in my home. Matt was friendly, gave great advice and patiently answered all my questions. Two thumbs up.

Prompt service. Plumbing Tech, Andy, was knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it.

MasterTech always provides great service!! Macenzie and Jake did a great job explaining and installing an air scrubber for me. They also gave my pups a lot of love, which made their day!

I have been very impressed, from the initial representative who came to the house to assess my needs andprovide me an estimate to the technician who came today to install my water softener. Both were helpful, friendly, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The technician informed me about the restricted flow devices that I did not know I had on my faucets and he removed all of the ones where I ask him to. Every effort was made to be sure that I had the system that I wanted that, that it was placed in a convenient location, that I understood how to use it, and that I had a phone number to call if I had any problems or questions down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I can’t wait to enjoy my new soft water, which will be a blessing because our water is incredibly hard.

Matt and Macenzie removed my wife's and mine old kitchen sink and replaced it with a new sink and faucet. the project was made more difficult because they had to cut out the entries for the faucet and the garbage disposal as well put in new piping as the new sink's depth was longer than the previous sink. Both Matt and Macenzie were total professionals as they got started in the late AM and were still able to finish by 3:30. They also had to deal with one of our over-curious cats getting into their work area to give them some friendly advice. At the end of the project, they showed us the work that they had done, including the new piping and explained why they needed to do the work that was done. I would strongly recommend you ask for Matt and Macenzie to work on any of your plumbing needs as they are willing to answer every question and re-explain if you need it. Thanks, Matt and Macenzie!

10/10! Andy came the same day we called, provided clear detailed observations, a plan and gave us options based on what we needed. This was our first experience with Andy and the MasterTech team and they've earned a customer for life. Not that I want more plumbing issues in my life, but if they happen I know who to call!
