Andy and Cam did a great job addressing urgent plumbing issues. They also spent time educating me about my system so that I can troubleshoot in the future. While plumbing work is never a bargain, I think they made it as cost-effective as possible. Also, the guys are really fun. They could do a radio show about plumbing together 🙂

** Had to edit to leave this review. 11-2-26 Everyone hates having to replace their HVAC system, but we didn’t have much choice. A couple of weeks ago MasterTech installed our new heat pump & we couldn’t be happier. First, CJ came out and talked with us about our options, including a great financing plan. We’ve worked with CJ several times, and he’s always gone above and beyond to help us get what we need in a way we can afford. No pressure, just helpful information. Needless to say, you almost can’t put a price on that. Thanks CJ for all your help over the years. Installation day: Brett and his crew Sam and Kale arrived right on time and got to work immediately. They did a fantastic job removing our old HVAC and installing the new system. Brett checked everything to make sure it was running properly, i.e., vents, outdoor unit, thermostat, etc., and he explained it all to us. And this wasn’t easy, since we had about a million questions—but Brett was super helpful and just outstanding in every way. Last but not least, they left everything, both inside and out, at least as clean as they found it. We really appreciate that. It was a very professional and smooth experience. Thanks Brett, Kale, and Sam, you guys made all the difference.

Andy and Cam were professional, polite and knowledgeable! They came in, diagnosed the issues, set to work and were done very quickly. Would definitely recommend and will use them again should the need arise in the future!

Tech was very informed and answered all my questions concerning plumbing and furnaces. December 10, 2025 I wrote a review about the excellent service I received from Master Tech a year ago. I thought that I had at that time received superb service, however the furnace care and the fixing of my kitchen faucet was the best service I’ve ever received in my home. Matt was friendly, gave great advice and patiently answered all my questions. Two thumbs up.

Prompt service. Plumbing Tech, Andy, was knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it.

MasterTech always provides great service!! Macenzie and Jake did a great job explaining and installing an air scrubber for me. They also gave my pups a lot of love, which made their day!

I have been very impressed, from the initial representative who came to the house to assess my needs andprovide me an estimate to the technician who came today to install my water softener. Both were helpful, friendly, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The technician informed me about the restricted flow devices that I did not know I had on my faucets and he removed all of the ones where I ask him to. Every effort was made to be sure that I had the system that I wanted that, that it was placed in a convenient location, that I understood how to use it, and that I had a phone number to call if I had any problems or questions down the road. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I can’t wait to enjoy my new soft water, which will be a blessing because our water is incredibly hard.
