Love these guys! All of the techs that have came were so nice and they know their stuff. We are customers for life! Even though our water heater was way more than we wanted to pay, he explained why and it all made sense.

Our scheduled maintenance check per the company plan. Water heater was flushed. A toilet was found leaking and repair estimate given. We will have it fixed at a later time. All explanations were clear and the tech was very professional.

Great Job! The technician installed a pre-filter, carbon filter, and Aquasure water softener with bypass valves using 3/4" pex. Did a neat and clean job and made sure the system was initialized and had no leaks before leaving. June 2024. As part of the service plan Brandon was out today for HVAC Maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out our system. I would highly recommend Brandon and MasterTech. Sept 2026.

Great service, great people. Have been using them for years. They installed the AC to replace a unit that failed two years after I bought the house. I've never had an issue, and now it has an air scrubber too!

On our maintenance inspection the technician found the fan and heat exchanger was caked with crud. It was residue from having “popcorn” removed from our ceilings. It was taxing the furnace. They came out the following day and cleaned it. We’re grateful.
