Our serviceman, Kyle, was fantastic! He was thorough and knowledgeable. He walked us through every procedure he was performing on our a/c, heat, and water heater. The office supplied him with items he needed to complete tasks if he didn't have them, including a new water heater. He worked for 6 hours and was pleasant and busy every minute he was here.

Ryan did an amazing job!!! Hes our go to mastertech technician!!! Got here and had our problem fixed in 30 mins or less and the price was the best out of everyone we called. Very profesional, talked to me about what I should do. We love this company they take care of us. MONDAY 4-14-2025 We needed pipe repaced, it was full of roots, my house is 68 years old. Jerry, Cooper, and Froy came out, did a great job, plus made sure my fence was put back in place the dirt was pushed back and our bricks put back. Wonderful company to work with. THANKS GUYS

Rarely is a call to the plumber routine. We woke up to two rooms with wet carpet along an exterior wall. Awful way to start the day. Called MasterTech before 8am. Very nice customer service. They had Max out around 10 and the job was done shortly after. (Outdoor faucet/pipe had frozen and busted over the winter- I used the hose the day prior, little did I know it was just leaking into the wall!)

I have used Mastertechs service for the last 10 years are so. Since I’m a retired remodeling contractor I have referred them to a lot of my customers. They have good techs and provide a professional service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Gary did a great job in explaining the benefits of a tankless water heater, was able to find discounts for us, and replaced our worn out tank water heater for a tankless in a short period of time the same day. Later, Gary added recirculation to our tankless water heater. His recommended addition will reduce water wastage in waiting for the hot water from the heater to reach the faucet.
