CJ gave me a detailed estimate of options, helped me consider various choices, and Master Tech was able to get my system installed in one week. “The Tylers” did the install and were prompt, courteous and efficient. I had to leave a few hours before the job was finished and came home later to a house that showed no messy signs of the work, was secured, and COOL! I’ve had work done by Master Tech and have always appreciated their friendly, competent phone reception, response time, and excellent work.

Gary did a great job in explaining the benefits of a tankless water heater, was able to find discounts for us, and replaced our worn out tank water heater for a tankless in a short period of time the same day. Later, Gary added recirculation to our tankless water heater. His recommended addition will reduce water wastage in waiting for the hot water from the heater to reach the faucet.

I called out Mastertech for plumbing issues and Logan came out. He reviewed so many issues I was concerned about and gave me a great plan on what to address first and got to work on the things we decided to do same day. He was patient and kind! When I mentioned I wanted some eyes on our 30+ year HVAC system he got a hold of CJ who came out within the hour to assess our system. Again - super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and sent a bid and noted they could complete a whole system overhaul the next day! CJ even answered some last minute questions via text for me while I was deciding on which system to select. The next day Tyler x 2 came out to install our new efficient system + a new wifi-enabled thermostat! They worked on it all day and were super respectful of the space. At the end of the day they walked me through setting up my account and app for my new thermostat, how to order the new type of furnace filters, and showed me the work they did in the basement, including fixing some loose ductwork! I'm sticking with mastertech - I was very impressed with everyone from the office staff to billing to the onsite folks. TY!

Tyler performed a routine furnace inspection and noticed it was running slightly hot. He took extra time to check the system and determine there were no problems.

Logan was the tech that came today. He was efficient, friendly and informative as he fixed our two issues. I would absolutely be thrilled if he were to be our tech again! MasterTech was fast to get an appointment with, kept the appointment as scheduled and did what they said with the initial fee being waived if we chose to have the work done. My only displeasure was it seemed EXTREMELY expensive for the amount of time Logan was here and the two relatively small jobs we needed done (replacing the guts of a toilet and improving water pressure on a sink faucet, maybe 40 minutes, $435). Painful, and higher than other local plumbers we’ve used, but Logan’s service and efficiency were enough to make me glad for the repairs even if the price was much higher than I would have expected. They told me upfront what the cost would be, and true to that, it was as anticipated.

Gary did a great job with fixing a broken sewer pipe in Dec 2024. They had to make about a 2 1/2 square hole in our patio to get to the broken pipe; we had to let the dirt settle around the pipe 4 ft down. He came back today & repaired the patio which looks great. He explains everything, answers all our questions, great customer service.

Always a pleasure with MasterTech Service. I own a couple rentals, and they provide great service and good pricing for services that need attention when I'm not available to do the repairs myself. Never had a problem!

We had a non-emergent plumbing issue, called up Mastertech and a technician quickly came out the next morning. Andy was super knowledgeable, explained every step clearly and was incredibly pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to make sure that we covered all of the issue and went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our plumbing was up to par before he left. All of the estimates made sense and were fully explained. Couldn't recommend Mastertech enough!

The same tech Macenzie has been taking care of my HVAC for a couple years now. She is always upbeat, with an amazing attitude and is so patient with my pups who follow her around the entire she is trying to get things done. It is so good to see a young person so motivated and positive as well as knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have nothing but good things to say.
