MasterTech Customer Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligible Referrals
   The referred individual must be a new customer which will be defined as someone who hasn’t used MasterTech in the last 3 years at the time of referral – determined by Mastertech’s CRM records.
2. Referral Timing
   Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred customer scheduling their appointment with MasterTech.
3. Referred Customer Discount
   To receive this referred customer discount, the referred customer must notify the office when booking their appointment.
4. Qualified Service Requirement
   To be eligible for the $50 referral reward, the referred customer must complete a minimum of $350 in services, and payment for those services must be successfully processed.
5. Referral Payment
   To receive check payment for the referral, please click here let us know you have a qualifying referral.
6. Duplicate Referrals
   If multiple individuals refer the same new customer, the $50 reward will be issued to the first person who submitted the referral, provided all other conditions are met.
7. Timeframe for Completion
   The referred customer’s qualifying service must be completed within 60 days of the referral submission for the reward to be issued.
