The office supplied him with items he needed to complete tasks if he didn't have them, including a new water heater. He worked for 6 hours and was pleasant and busy every minute he was here.

Rarely is a call to the plumber routine. We woke up to two rooms with wet carpet along an exterior wall. Awful way to start the day. Called MasterTech before 8am. Very nice customer service. They had Max out around 10 and the job was done shortly after. Rarely is a call to the plumber routine. We woke up to two rooms with wet carpet along an exterior wall. Awful way to start the day. Called MasterTech before 8am. Very nice customer service. They had Max out around 10 and the job was done shortly after.
