Customer service is great. They were able to come out the same day I called him this morning and they came out to help resolve the problem that I was having. My water is back on. Still have to wait for pipes to unfreeze. I thought the pipes frozen the wall and had broken but they were not. So hopefully once the pipes unfreeze everything will drain as it is supposed to. My technician whose name is Andy did a wonderful job. He is very professional and courteous and I appreciated his help

Purchased a new high efficiency furnace which was installed 12/09 and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Was called caked within a day or two . Fixed problem. I wasn't satisfied with one of the issues that they came out for. They returned explained what the issues were and fixed it to my satisfaction.

I was at a friends house when Master Tech came to fix their plumbing. A few weeks prior they fixed her heating. I was honestly surprised at how friendly the technician was (Ryan!) and how fast they found and fixed her clog. I didn't even use them myself but they charged a great rate to my friend, worked well on both of her issues (heat then plumbing) and I know if I have issues in the future who to call. I was impressed and the service wasn't even for me LOL.

Tyler was just out on Friday to complete my fall furnace checkup. I had space heaters going in the house thinking that it was cold due to my drafty windows. Thanks to Tyler, he discovered that the capacitor on my furnace needed replacing and now I can put the space heaters away!

We called MasterTech to come replace our water softener and Gary, our technician, did a fantastic job- I highly recommend! He was very professional, friendly, and was quick to get the work done we needed. He arrived on time, and within a short amount of time had a new softener installed. He also gave us quotes for a few other projects we had asked about. We will definitely be calling for Gary when we are ready to start our new projects!

I have an old house with a crappy furnace, so as one might expect I have to call the HVAC people a lot. So far, I have worked with five individual HVAC techs from Mastertech (Tyler, Mackenzie, CJ, Kyle and Nate) and ALL of them have been lovely, helpful people who made an otherwise unpleasant experience friendly and nonthreatening. I also worked with one of their plumbers as well, and he was just as good as the HVAC techs though I didn't get his nameI am particularly impressed with how willing their staff have been to take me down into the basement, show me the actual problems with my system, and explain why a certain repair will fix the problem. As a first time homeowner with little experience in these kinds of things, they've not only fixed my HVAC system, but have given me the tools to do some basic upkeep on my own. Very empowering!Also, their monthly maintenance plan is well worth the money for all the discounts and free check-ups you get. Especially if you have an old house (or just an old furnace), you're going to want that consistent service in my opinion. Plus, HVAC repairs are often expensive no matter what you do, and those discounts really come in handy!So in short, I cannot recommend Mastertech enough. They do every part of their jobs well. They hire competent technicians who also happen to be nice, friendly people. And they do it all for as reasonable of a price as one could ask for.

MasterTech has bailed me out every time I've called them, and frequently comes earlier than estimated, and has sometimes even been able to do the work at a lower price than initially quoted. Just a bunch of honest folks. Kyle Mohler really saved me yesterday when my heat went out - 4 hours of pipe cleaning and reinstalling my furnace the day before Thanksgiving is an incredible ask, and one he was happy to help with.
